Initial Comments:An off-site follow-up survey completed on June 13, 2023, found that Allegheny Health Network Healthcare at Home Home Health had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of Title 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite complaint investigation completed on March 31, 2023.

Initial Comments:An off-site follow-up survey completed on June 13, 2023, found that Allegheny Health Network Healthcare at Home Home Health had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 601, Subpart G. Home Health Care Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey and a complaint investigation completed on March 31, 2023.
